Declutter, remove personal items, and address lighting and yardwork per your Home Prep Checklist. Schedule cleaning 48–72 hours before the photo appointment. Tara will coordinate with the photographer and stager.
Inspector arrives at the property. Results will be reviewed with Tara after the inspection is complete.
Tara will be on-site for the full shoot. Open all blinds for natural light, push aside sheer draperies, remove covers from outdoor furniture and grills, turn on all lights, turn off ceiling fans, close all toilet lids, and minimize visible clutter.
