Inspection objections have been resolved. Both parties have reached a written agreement.
The buyer's last opportunity to terminate the contract based on their inability to obtain satisfactory property insurance for the home. If the buyer cannot secure homeowner's insurance at an acceptable rate or coverage level, they may terminate by end of day. If no termination notice is received, the buyer moves forward with the transaction.
If the buyer is financing all or part of the purchase price with a new loan, this contract is conditional upon the buyer's review and approval of the proposed loan's payments, interest rate, conditions, costs, and any other loan terms — evaluated in the buyer's sole subjective discretion. This condition exists solely for the benefit of the buyer. If the buyer finds any aspect of the new loan terms unsatisfactory, they have the right to terminate the contract by end of day today. If no termination notice is received, the buyer accepts the loan terms and the contract moves forward.
